By accessing or using CurricuLogic, a product of Conplexus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
CurricuLogic is currently operating as a pilot program. Access is by invitation only and may be changed, limited, or ended at any time. During the pilot period:
You must create an account to use CurricuLogic. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security incident.

CurricuLogic and all related software, designs, and content are the property of Conplexus LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of curriculum data and content you create in CurricuLogic. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide support to your institution.
CurricuLogic is designed to support institutions in managing data privacy and security obligations. We provide tools and controls to help protect educational data, but we do not guarantee that use of the platform alone will satisfy legal or regulatory requirements. Responsibility for compliance with FERPA and other applicable obligations remains with each institution.
CurricuLogic does not provide legal, compliance, or accreditation advice. Institutions should consult with their own legal counsel and compliance officers to ensure proper configuration and use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conplexus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
During the pilot, we may suspend or terminate access if needed, including for Terms violations, security concerns, legal requirements, pilot changes, or service discontinuation. Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice. You may request account termination at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are posted. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
